All Fishes Cafe seafood is prepared on the premises and locally caught in and around North Stradbroke Island and Moreton Bay when available. Fishes Cafe does not purchase or supply processed seafood - ever, ever, ever!!!
In short, if it is on Fishes Cafe Menu, then we've made the patti and crumbed the scallop, calamari, prawn or fish. Our steak, bacon, sausages and burger mince is supplied by the Stradbroke Island Butcher, our Fruit and Veg is supplied by the Stradbroke Island Fruit Barn, our burger buns are supplied by the Straddie Bakery and when it is available we source seafood from local fishermen and oyster growers.

Fishes Cafe has blackboard specials every day including home made soups, pumpkin scones, seafood chowder.
Fishes Cafe sells fresh local seafood by the kilo – fresh prawns, oysters, crab, fish & bugs in-season.
Fishes Cafe is located just up the East Coast road from Main Beach or Cylinder Cove making it the perfect place for great fish and chips, an ice cold beer or a glass of one of Yalumba's great wines sold by the glass or bottle.
